Hall Pricing
Currently the Auxiliary Hall is the only hall available for rental. The rental price is for a 4 hour party and is $250.00 with a mandatory deposit of an additional $50.00. The $50.00 deposit will be available for pickup the Monday following the event as long as the hall is cleaned and undamaged.
Hall Rules
1. $50.00 deposit for a clean-up fee. You are responsible for cleaning up after yourself. All tables and chairs will be put back to there original position and all floors will be swept. You will get your deposit back after your party either in person on through the mail, if the building is returned to its previous condition.
2. No parties will run past 10:00 pm.
3. Hall will be rented for 4 hours only, no longer. You may come 1 hour early to set up.
4. Beer may be served, but liquor is prohibited on the premises. You are responsible for anyone drinking during the party. It is your responsibility to insure that all drinking guests are of legal age. You will be held responsible for the actions of anyone in the party, so even if you are unaware of the alcohol, you are responsible for it.
5. To secure the hall for the date you request, you must leave a deposit of $50.00. If you choose to cancel your party you must do so at least 2 weeks prior to the party date. Any cancellations within the 2 weeks prior will forfeit their deposit. The remaining hall balance must be paid fully no later then 10 days before the rental date.
6. The party will be immediately ended in the event of a fight. There are no exceptions.
7. When leaving the hall please make sure you return the hall to its previous condition. Please return the thermostat to 60 degrees and make sure the stove and lights are turned off.
8. We do not rent out our hall to 21st, bachelor or bachelorette parties.
9. The Croydon Volunteer Fire Company reserves the right to refuse rental to anyone for any reason we see fit.
10. All parties will be held inside the building. Partygoers are not to loiter outside for any period of time. Any party violating this rule will have the party ended, no exceptions. This is for the courtesy of our neighbors.
